CCS helps relieve client’s stress during times of unexpected repairs by being a liaison between the client and the insurance company. As a liaison, we discuss repairs with the client as well as the insurance company, informing them of the actions needed to be taken. We maintain consistent communication with the insurance company to ensure that all of the client’s questions are answered and all of their needs are met in a timely manner. Should difficulties arise, we mediate the conflict, so that all parties are able to reach an agreement as quickly as possible. It is paramount that CCS makes insurance related repairs a smooth process from start to finish.
